As a third-generation developer born and raised in Wake Forest, North Carolina, Alex combines a deep-rooted understanding of the industry with a forward-thinking approach.  With an extensive background in meeting strict deadlines, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering strong client and vendor relationships, Alex has successfully partnered with local builders to develop residential subdivisions and commercial properties. His expertise spans across the entire development lifecycle—from land acquisition and site planning to construction management and final delivery – including commercial leasing.
